A successful start in an exciting week…

Yesterday, surprisingly, very much worked out. The tilers came and did a super job. They have already finished almost two rooms. The plumber was here with his team. We still have no toilet or laundry in the house, but it is worked hard on it 🙂
Another team has dug the foundation for a stand for the 10,000 ltr. tank. They have already bricked half of the opening between the roof and the wall around the house.

Yesterday we received the first donation from Kenya.
Mr. Mutugi has donated 2 wool blankets for the beds.

Today is safari day for our three “Muzungus”. They were picked up at 6 o’clock and headed to the national park to Nairobi and got their own guided tour with a jeep and a scout. Also a heartfelt thanks to Mr. Mutugi, who has made this possible.
I stay here to make sure that everything goes ahead at our home…
