It continues…
on the bumpy road to the reality of the vision, my vision …
I have to take advantage whenever the Internet and the tablet are in a good mood.
So instead of Monday we started on Saturday with the trench for the water pipe. What initially looked good because many people came and wanted to work, but we discussed 1.5 hrs the payroll…. no hurry…. then they began to dig. Here they take specifications with a pinch of salt… so again we had to discuss, no hurry… Later in the evening when I wanted to pay the workers, it was the same. And some have tried to indicate more than they have worked, you can try it even once.
All this is normal at the beginning, but I had to get used to it first. Without Susan, who is always there and translates or mediates, I’d be lost … At this point, a big thank you to Susan… Thanks also to the rest of the team using their free time for Home of Smile.
Sunday I did a bit of a rest and the accounting, the week schedule, but this is unnecessary as everything will change again anyways, as with Amazon … (for my work colleagues, here is no difference :)) Monday: the architect and his team are here, but without material…. no hurry…
I can learn a lot 🙂 … So back to the shop again and ask when they would deliver the things. The workers at the trench are back… one had measured the ditch and I did not check, if this is right…. Way too far in the properties along the road. There are problems with the owners, endless discussions, no hurry ….
I stand there and understand only half of what they are saying.. or even less….
There is still much to report… but that is beyond the scope.
Yesterday, the house was drawn on the property, we completed the storage room and the bedroom of the workers, the banner was hung and further dug and….. discussed…. no hurry… so slowly I arrive here and see it loose, I may change my functioning and perspective….. I learn every hour
